REPAIR. REUSE. RECYCLE
Through our sustainability program, you can extend the life of your favorite belt with our Care and Repair service. For just a $10 service fee plus shipping, we will repair, replace, or restore any worn or damaged parts, keeping your belt out of the landfill and ready for many more years of use.
Send your belt to Bison Designs. Our Customer Service team will evaluate it and recommend the best restoration approach. Once prepaid, your belt will be repaired and returned to you – typically within 24 to 48 hours.
Please include your return address and a valid phone number inside the package.

Once the item is received, assessed, and authorized for repair, it will be replaced within 24-48 business hours (Monday – Friday) from the date of receipt. Once the item is repaired, it will be shipped back to you at the return address you provided below.
Please do not place stickers or zip ties around the product, as this may damage it when being processed.
WARRANTY
We at Bison Designs are proud to be an American Factory that creates high-quality products for YOU! We have been around since 1989, and we aren’t going anywhere. Our guarantee really means something. We cover any defects in materials, parts, or workmanship within one year of the purchase date.
We do not cover products that are intentionally damaged, dirty, outgrown, or exhibiting normal wear and tear, products that are lost or stolen, or defects due to misuse, negligence, or accident or that have been subjected to abnormal physical stress.
We stand behind our work and will repair or replace any item sent in under warranty that meets the warranty standards. We replace all items with the same item only. We are only able to ship replacements in the USA.

Do not cut buckle off the belt or remove it before sending it to us; otherwise it may delay the warranty process. If you are placing another order to ship with your warranty you will be responsible for freight for the new item
BISON RE-ROPE™ ITEMS ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THIS GUARANTEE. THIS PRODUCT IS MADE FROM RECYCLED CLIMBING ROPE AND MAY HAVE INHERITED FLAWS. RETURNS OR REFUNDS ARE NOT ACCEPTED FOR THIS PRODUCT.
